The perfect fit
We’re able to mechanically-enclose up to ten items in a gummed envelope ranging in size from C4 to C6 and everything in between. Rotary feeders, friction, and shuttle feeders on enclosing machines

Friction feeders on our machines work on a conveyor belt system, meaning items without a leading edge can be fed into the enclosing line, operators have an excellent visual on what is entering each envelope and can regulate how quickly the envelopes are packed. Shuttle feeders are ideal for thicker products such as magazines and brochures, where the item isn’t gripped on the edge due to the thickness of the product, but instead pushed from the stack one at a time. All machines feature a counting system to keep an eye on the exact number of envelopes packed.
